Please send an electronic version of your manuscript to one of the e-mails: firstname.lastname@example.org; email@example.com.
The manuscript should include the author’s last name and initials followed by the abstract, key words, a UDC number, the text, references, and footnotes. The manuscript should be 8-16 pages long (20,000-30,000 characters with spaces).
At the end of the article the authors should state their last names, first names, patronymics, their postal addresses, telephone numbers, e-mails, their affiliation, position, academic degrees, and other important information.
The bibliography is placed at the end of the paper. The sources should be arranged in alphabetical order in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules”.
For books please enter the following information: author name, book title, place of publication, publisher, year of publication, number of pages. For articles please enter the following: author name, article title, journal name, collection title, year of publication, volume number, issue number, initial and final page numbers.
A quotation should be accompanied in a footnote by a precise indication of the source.
Scanned photographs and graphical images should be of good quality.
Files contaminated or suspected of being contaminated with viruses are rejected.
PhD students must present positive reviews conducted by their supervisors. Publication is free for full time PhD students.
Articles that do not comply with the aforementioned standards and requirements are rejected by the Editorial Board. Manuscripts and disks are not returned.
